Why book the UltraViolets?
The
UltraViolets is the choice band in the two-state area for parties,
corporate events, weddings, sporting events and more. Celebrating their 12th
year, The UltraViolets have entertained many audiences -- both first-time and
repeat -- including several re-bookings by Marshall Faulk's Foundation, The St.
Louis Cardinals, KTRS AM 550, Kaplan, City
of Olivette, Washington
University, and Grant's Farm.
The band
members have years of performance experience. The UltraViolets of 2008 bring
much talent and professionalism. Sharing the part of keyboards are Todd
Painter and Charlie Brown. Both Todd
and Charlie can play any song for you from a book of standards for your
cocktail or dinner hours. Todd comes from the most popular original band to
come out of St. Louis,
"THE URGE" and Charlie has played with a number of well-known
bands including “Dr. Zhivegas” and “The Usual Suspects”. Dave Batchelor toured
with the military, playing drums all around the world. In his spare time, he
leads the choir at Macy's. Dwight McVey is an amazing bass player who
has played in jazz bands and recorded with an up-and-coming Christian artist.
Dwight and Dave both played in the local band "My Friend Mike".
John Ringling has been heralded as one of the top rock guitarists in St. Louis, playing with St. Louis powerhouse "Just Mr."
for years. Lead vocalist Linda Gaal, founder of the band, has the
amazing ability to sing all styles of music, closely emulating the original
artists.
Together,
The UltraViolets play continuous sets of music without stopping, and
provide music for breaks to keep people dancing from the first song to the
last.
The
5-member band plays a wide variety of music, including classics by The
Temptations, Aretha Franklin, Bon Jovi, Shania Twain, AC/DC, Madonna and new
music by Carrie Underwood, Fergie, Leona Lewis and Gwen Stefani. View their

When hired
for your event, The UltraViolets bring a quality sound system with an
iPod so the music never stops! Volume is always adjustable to your liking. Our
